Create AI Agent

Create an AI Agent

  1. Navigate to the AI Agents section in the sidebar.
  2. Click the New AI Agent button in the top right corner.
  3. Fill in the required information:
    • Name: Enter a name for your agent.
    • Agent Instructions: Provide detailed guidance, including company info (overview, products/services, business hours, address), agent behavior (persona, tone, do’s/don’ts), response style (format, length, examples), and what the agent should ask clients.
